Summer Reading is Coming June 2nd - August 5th.... Get Ready!
What is Summer Reading?
From June 2nd through August 5th Garden City Library will begin our Summer Reading "Catch the Reading Bug" program. Get a sign-up form and keep track of your reading and return your tracking forms to redeem cool prizes and/or be entered to win grand prizes! Summer Reading is offered on three levels : ages 0-12, 13-18, and 18-over. Anyone can participate! Everyone SHOULD participate! Keep checking back for more info as we get closer to the launch date! We are currently recruiting volunteers for Summer Reading. Contact us for info or drop by to sign-up to be a volunteer!
Programs Taking a Break in May!
We will be preparing for Summer Reading during the month of May, so most regular programming will take a break until June (except for Teen Tuesdays and Chess).
